The joint Armenian-American military exercise “EAGLE PARTNER-2025” will be held in Armenia from August 12 to 20, the Ministry of Defense of Armenia announced.

The exercise is part of ongoing preparations for participation in international peacekeeping missions and will involve personnel from the Armenian Armed Forces’ Peacekeeping Brigade, the United States Army Europe and Africa Command, and the Kansas National Guard.

According to the Ministry of Defense, the training will focus on the planning and execution of peacekeeping operations, with a particular emphasis on medical evacuation procedures. The aim is to improve interoperability between participating units, facilitate the exchange of best practices in command and tactical communications, and strengthen the readiness of Armenia’s peacekeeping forces.

The Ministry noted that this is not the first time such joint drills have taken place. Armenian peacekeeping units regularly engage in similar exercises both domestically and abroad as part of broader efforts to ensure mission readiness.
