“Country to Live” joins Samvel Karapetyan’s “Strong Armenia” in upcoming elections, stressing return of Armenian detainees, Church’s role, and national unity.

In an official statement, the “Country to Live” (Ապրելու Երկիր) party, led by Mane Tandilyan and Mesrop Arakelyan, announced that it has signed a memorandum with the “Strong Armenia” alliance to jointly participate in the upcoming parliamentary elections, uniting their political, organizational, and human resources under a shared agenda.

The memorandum emphasizes Armenia’s sovereignty, the return of Armenian detainees from Azerbaijan, the Armenian Apostolic Church’s role as a pillar of national identity and statehood, and the need to restore trust between the state and society while strengthening national unity.

The “Country to Live” party is linked with former Artsakh State Minister, Ruben Vardanyan who is currently being held hostage in Baku.
